This Privacy Policy describes My policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

• Application means the software program provided by Me downloaded by You on any electronic device, named Nearby Food

• “I”, “Me”, or “My” refers to Nearby Food and or Bhavin Patel

• Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

• Service refers to the Application.

It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by Me to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of Me, to perform services related to the Service or to assist Me in analyzing how the Service is used.

• Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

• You means the individual accessing or using the Service

While using My Service, I may ask You to provide  Me with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally, identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

 

Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of My Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

 

When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, I may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

I may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance, and undertaking of the purchase contract for the products, items, or services You have purchased or of any other contract with  Me through the Service.

• To contact You: To contact You by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application's push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.

• To provide You with news, special offers, and general information about other goods, services, and events that I offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless You have opted not to receive such information.

• To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.

• For other purposes: I may use Your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of My promotional campaigns, and evaluating and improving My Service, products, services, marketing, and your experience.

 

I may share Your personal information in the following situations:

• With Service Providers: I may share Your personal information with Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of My Service, to contact You.

• With other users: when You share personal information or otherwise interact in the public areas with other users, such information may be viewed by all users and may be publicly distributed outside.

• With Your Consent: I may disclose Your personal information for any other purpose with Your consent.

 

Deletion of Account

You may at any time delete Your account. Deleting Your account can happen through the Nearby Food app. Or by contacting Me through any of the methods stated at the end of the Privacy Policy. 

 

If You want to confirm Your account has been deleted, You can contact Me through any of the methods stated at the end of the Privacy Policy and I can confirm if your account has been deleted. If not, I can take action with your consent. 

I do reserve the right to disable or delete Your account for any reason. I do not have to warn You or give You a notice. Examples of what may lead Me to delete or disable Your account is as follows:

·      Un-verified email address

·      Email linked to illegal activities 

·      Any other reason 

 

Retention of Your Personal Data

I will most likely delete your data when You delete Your Account. There may be instances where Your data will be retained. See Below for some examples. 

 

I will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. I will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with My legal obligations (for example, if I am required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce My legal agreements and policies.

 

I will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of My Service, or I am legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided  Me with Personal Data, please Contact Us. If I become aware that I have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, I take steps to remove that information from My servers.

If I need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing Your information and Your country requires consent from a parent, I may require Your parent's consent before I collect and use that information.
